easy access time saving quiet floor
The hotel location proved very convenient. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the check-in kiosk expedited the process, saving time. i liked the quiet floor. I did not hear neighbors.
the hotel lacked coffee and tea making facilities in the room. bottled water prices were expensive. the hallways was shady with dim lighting.

the royal tower king room included a comfortable mattress, new linens, and pillows. a safe was available and easy to use. housekeeping provided excellent service, and the room remained clean.

i found limited on-site dining options, though they were decent. crossing the street to the mgm grand offered a larger variety. the sports bar employee was friendly and helpful.

the elevators required a key for use, increasing security. receptionists were polite and check out was fast. security was visible at the elevators. this added a sense of safety.

The staff at check-in was accommodating. The room was very comfy and tidy.
The decor felt quite outdated. The carpet smelled damp. Our neighbors created excessive noise at night (I assume they were part of a tour group).

easy parking large pool helpful connection
i found easy parking. the hotel connected to other properties, this was helpful. the pool area was large. i liked the show, tournament of kings.
the rooms did not have a fridge or microwave.

i encountered a problem with patience and understanding among some of the staff. this issue especially impacted interactions with older individuals.
